With the theme “Magkahiusa, Magtanum Para Sa Malambuung Kumunidad”, NREC continues to work in harmony with nature in order to preserve and promote a sustainable community.

January 2018 Newsletter: NEXUS CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

This holiday season, there is nothing better than the wonderful gift of love and laughter as Nexus Real Estate Corporation organized a Christmas party in Seven Sisters Servants of Mary Elderly Home Inc. at Talisay City last December 14, 2017 with the theme “Give Love. Create Change”. The group facilitated a few games that brought out fun and rekindled fond memories that made the elderly shed tear as they remembered happy childhood stories and enjoyed a round of entertaining karaoke songs.

Last December 15 & 16, 2017, NREC celebrated the company’s annual Christmas party together with sister companies Cebu Blue Mountain and First Happy Rice at Moalboal Cebu. An awarding ceremony was conducted as several certificates were given to the employees in recognition of their outstanding work for the year.

From the Nexus Family, we hope 2017 has been as amazing for all our partners as it had been for us. Thank you for your continued support, we can’t wait to give all of you even more ways to enjoy a rewarding life in the year ahead.

October 2017 Newsletter: CAR AWARDING CEREMONY

Together with the Sales and Marketing Department, NEXUS Real Estate Corporation proudly awards a brand new Nissan Almera to Ms. Gloria Econas of Land Asia Realty & Development Corporation last October 5, 2017 at the Nexus Headquarters in Cebu City. The awarding ceremony is organized to acknowledge Ms. Econas for her steadfast efforts in continually promoting NREC projects throughout the years. With this, the company hopes to see more sales commitments from our licensed brokers and salespersons on the upcoming 3rd  quarter sellers awarding 2017.

NREC conducted a sales refresher course for Antara project mastery last September 21-23, 2017. The seminar was held at the Antara Showroom, attended by different realty firms. Antara is the company’s first condominium project which pioneers in eco-conscious mixed-use residential development in Cebu. A wonderful convergence of nature and eco-friendly amenities contained in a community of five towers, retail strip and adventure areas set to deliver on the last quarter of 2018.

Continuing with the corporate objectives that the company actively pursue, Nexus Real Estate Corporation conducted a Tree Planting Activity and Turnover Ceremony of the Senior Citizen’s Park at Lawaan III, Talisay City, Cebu last July 15 and 18, 2017 respectively.

The activities were headed by NEXUS CEO Ms. Shanna T. Lopez in partnership with Lawaan III Barangay Captain Delia Ybanez and officials of the said barangay. The company continues to be an active steward to integrate a healthy environment and promote sustainability where their projects are located. One key project of the company is the Antara Condominium which promotes an eco-conscious lifestyle, allocating 70% open space for recreational amenities; a sign of the company’s commitment to the people and to the environment. Turning 11 years in the real estate industry, Nexus continues to live by its mantra “Building dreams, Developing lives”.

Talisay City’s Antara Tower 1 Topped Off

Eight months after the groundbreaking ceremony, Nexus Real Estate Corporation’s mid-rise condominium project in the city of Talisay has finally been topped off. During an intimate gathering attended by company bigwigs, real estate agents, brokers, selected members of the local media, and family and friends, Nexus Real Estate Corporation officially held the topping off ceremony of the development’s Antara Tower 1.

Located in Barangay Lawaan, the Antara project is considered Nexus Real Estate Corporation’s very first vertical development. The first of five planned towers, the eight-storey Antara Tower 1 is now 39% complete. With its construction way ahead of schedule, the developers are extremely positive that work on Tower 2 will soon commence.

According to the developers, Antara Tower 1 has 170 (a combination of studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom) units which will all feature Balinese interiors and aesthetics. The entire tower has also been completely sold out in late 2016.
