
Zumba has always been a popular fitness activity in numerous open spaces in the country. And Antara is no exception. Just recently, Antara hosted a Zumba dance activity on March 29, 2025, inviting all fitness enthusiasts, headed by a Certified Zumba Instructor, Coach Jay-r. Participants joined in the activity wearing their comfortable attire and gathered on the property’s basketball court.
“I have always loved Zumba, and I am so thankful that Antara has this kind of activity for us unit owners, ensuring a healthy lifestyle practice” said one of the excited participants. Zumba is an aerobic dance exercise that combines fun and fitness in one spot. A lot of people across different age groups prefer this activity as it does not dull or intimidate them.
The session started with a dynamic warm-up and succeeded with various dance movements coupled with exhilarating music that almost seemed nonstop. “Zumba is very fun for me, especially for my old age” uttered another participant while following the steps of the instructor. Zumba is also beneficial not only for burning calories but also for improving mental health. As such, the Zumba ended with the participants leaving the basketball court filled with joy and excitement.
Antara always promotes healthy lifestyle practices by ensuring that unit owners are not only confined to their individual spaces but also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of community activities that allow them to socialize and exercise simultaneously.
