NEXUS SALES BLITZ AND INVESTOR’S MEET

ANTARA continues to be the prime residential condo in the south, well renowned not only on the international scene but on the local market as well. Last February 2017, the Marketing and Promotions team organized an Investors Meet attended by businessmen and local government officials, creating more visibility and brand awareness in the south of Cebu and outside Cebu area.
Currently, ANTARA Tower 1 is on the rise with its topping off date ahead of schedule. A promising iconic landmark sitting on a 2.9 hectare property with outdoor amenities that promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

In relation to living a healthy and active lifestyle, NREC launched its Biggest Loser Challenge participated by the staff. In line are series of activities for the 3-month long program which includes jogging, yoga, hiking activities and a lot more. Nexus aims to encourage healthy habits for a physical, mental and emotional wellness.

ANNUAL SALES KICK-OFF PARTY

It was a night full of royal crowd as Kings and Queens of real estate gather for one glorious event. NEXUS Real Estate Corporation proudly holds its annual sales kick-off party and appreciation night last January 26, 2017 at the Casino Espaňol de Cebu with the theme “The Royal Gathering”.

Esteemed guests, media partners, partner contractors and royal clans from various realty firms gather to honour the realties with sales, top performing sellers and top realties for the past year. One of the highlight of the night was the launching of NEXUS’ new corporate video – “Soaring to Greater Heights through Quality Development and Innovation” as the company continues to grow and has now explored leisure township hybrid developments, a mix of residential, commercial and public-private partnerships.

The hall was full of cheers and excitement as realties participate and compete for the Mannequin Challenge, Royal Dance Contest and games that NREC has prepared for them.

NREC continues to be a paragon in appreciating its sellers as we award yet another Toyota Wigo to Mr. Keith Coyoca and an all-expense paid trip to Bali for two (2) as the grand raffle.

NEXUS CHRISTMAS OUTREACH PROGRAM

The spirit of the holiday season is not about giving but how much love we put into giving. NEXUS Real Estate Corporation, together with local government officials and sponsor contractors, conducted its annual Community Christmas Outreach Programme last December 3, 2016 at Lawaan III, Talisay City, Cebu with the theme “Kuyug sa Pangandoy alang sa Maayong Kaugmaon”.

NREC repainted the Daycare Center of Lawaan III, giving smiles and excitement to more than a hundred children. School supplies, toys and Christmas bundles were given as children also engage through games and intermission presentation. NREC believes that through little acts of movement, the company could help encourage and support the education of the youth as we give the gift of Christmas and continue to stay true to our mantra “Building Dreams. Developing Lives”

Last December 17, 2016, NREC, together with sister companies Cebu Blue Mountain and First Happy Rice had its annual Christmas get together at Olango Island. The team organized a few party games that surely brought out the fun and excitement to the activity. A surprise awarding program was conducted as several plaques of appreciation were given to the employees who has been with the company when it first started.

U.S, Hong Kong & Singapore Escapade

The good news continues as NEXUS Real Estate Corp., the developer of Cebu’s first residential and recreational type of development, ANTARA brings its valued US, Hong Kong and Singapore to the Queen City of the South as we value their investment with us.

The guests were welcomed at the airport by ANTARA Sales and Documentation Officer Ms. Grace Aton, showing to them the warm Cebuano hospitality. They were immediately brought to the showroom of ANTARA located at NEXUS Building 596 N. Bacalso Avenue where a wide variety of delectable Cebuano food and delicacy awaits them. Surrounded with love, culture and music, the guests felt the festive moment of celebrating the Filipino culture. After which, the guests visited the ANTARA Construction Site at Lawaan III, Talisay City Cebu. In awe with ANTARA’s beauty, they were amazed by the promising development and its unique and relaxing panoramic view.

A short program followed later that evening held at Blackbeard’s Seafood Island, SM Seaside Cebu as several awards were by given by BG Summit Realty President, Mr. Butch Guillen. The night ended with cheers and laughter as they excitingly prepare for the adventure-filled vacation that NEXUS has prepared for them.

NEXUS Real Estate Corporation, in partnership with Full Potential Training Center organized a customer service seminar entitled “Positive Communication with Customers” last November 5, 2016. Conducted by Ms. Maria Teresa Menina, the seminar aims to enhance the interpersonal communication skills of the staff as we continue to provide the best service to our valued sellers and buyers.

3rd QUARTER SELLERS’ AWARDING

Nexus Real Estate Corporation proudly awards an early Christmas gift to two of our most valued sellers. A brand-new Toyota Wigo was given to Ms. Aisa Tubog from LJS Realty and Mr. Eunnel Largo from Leuterio Realty last October 28, 2016 for their unwavering support and efforts in pushing the company’s projects. Handled by our very own Mr. Manuel M. Last October 21, 2016, Nexus Real Estate Corporation conducted its 3rd Floor blessing of the NEXUS Office Bldg., located in 596-N. Bacalso Avenue, Cebu City. The NREC family gathered for the solemn occasion while witnessing the bestowal of God’s grace for new beginnings. October 2016 Newsletter: National Clean-up Day

In partnership with the local government units and the private sectors, the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources Region VII (DENR) conducted its quarterly National Clean-up Day with the theme “Bayan Ko, Linis Ko: Partnering Towards People’s Environmental Movement” last September 17, 2016 at the South Road Properties (SRP). Among the participants of the said event was NEXUS Real Estate Corporation who aims to promote and help strengthen the implementation of RA 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000. The company has been an active steward of the community and is geared to protect the environment since 2006. In coordination with Cebu City Environment and Natural Resources (CENRO). NEXUS gives back to the community through little acts of movement in which the company can contribute to encourage environment awareness, accountability and responsibility.

September 2016 News Letter | Cebu Escapade for Antara Hong Kong Buyers

In celebration of the multiple succeses of our Hong Kong road shows, NEXUS, in partnership with BG summit, toured the Hong Kong partners to the queen city of the south to visit and witness the construction progress of ANTARA.

It was no ordinary weekend for these guests as in store for them was a merry mix of fun and adventure-filled getaway featuring Cebu’s famous island hopping. Sto. Niño church visit, zoo experience and relaxing top view from Busay that will surely be remembered. With the 3-day short vacation that lasted from August 19-21, 2016, property developer Nexus Real Estate Corporation ensured its buyers and sellers of an enjoyable weekend with a glimpse of what is to come for the future Antara Lifestyle.

Upon arriving in Cebu, the guests were welcomed with smiles and warm hospitality while escorted straight to the corporate office in N. Bacalso Avenue. The guests were greeted at the showroom for their lunch featuring some of Cebu’s delights while viewing the showroom as well as meeting the friendly staff of NEXUS. Later that night, the group was taken to SM Seaside for their dinner of appetizing seafood delicacies courtesy of Seafood Island followed by a short awarding program for the top performers. The group ended the night with a toast headed by Mr. Butch Guillen for turning the occasion into a memorable event and looking forward for more sales to come.

Everyone went home and gathered rest for the next 2 days of fun and excitement. It was truly a successful escapade worthy to be reminisced by our ANTARA clients and business partners.

ANTARA on Sun Star’s Best of Cebu 2015!

Sun Star Best of Cebu 2015 is this year’s biggest lifestyle bazaar in Metro Cebu that was held last June 11th 2016 in Oakridge Pavilion, Oakridge Business Park, A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City, Cebu. The event was organised by Sun Star Cebu. Cebu’s leading daily categories with 97 winners that are praiseworthy representatives of what Cebu can offer. This event was made for all tourists and locals as a guide as they continue to navigate Cebu with gastronomic, entertainment and LIFESTYLE choices. Organizers estimated an attendance of at least 1,000 people throughout the day from the VIP party (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM) to the Public (2:00 PM onwards) that had the chance to drop by and enjoy the ongoing party.
